For the sixth consecutive year, Bruce Power has been named as one of Canada’s Top Employers.
Bruce Power said in a media release that the recognition reaffirms the company’s standing as an employer that values its people.
The company said that it’s committed to fostering a workplace where talent can thrive, inclusion is valued, and innovation is encouraged.
The award was announced through an independent survey conducted by Forbes, in partnership with Statista, and is based on feedback from thousands of employees across Canada.
The employees are asked to evaluate their workplaces based on training and advancement opportunities, compensation, workplace flexibility, inclusiveness, and overall culture.
“This recognition reflects the strength of our culture and the commitment we make to our people,” said Bruce Power Senior Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Karen Smith, in a media release. “We are dedicated to creating an environment where every employee feels supported and has meaningful opportunities to grow, contribute, and innovate. Our success as an organization is built on the talent and passion of our people.”
The company adds that as it looks to the future, Bruce Power remains committed to providing long term, high quality employment in Ontario’s clean energy sector.
