Grey Bruce OPP say they are currently on scene following a two-vehicle collision involving a pickup and a passenger vehicle.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Southgate Road 24 and Southgate Sideroad 75 in the Township of Southgate.
Emergency crews are on scene actively responding.
The 19 year old driver of the passenger vehicle has sustained serious, life threatening injuries and has been airlifted to a trauma centre.
The road reopened Tuesday evening.
