The City of Owen Sound is ringing in the new year with a celebration at the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre this week.
On Dec. 31 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., the city is bringing back the New Year’s Eve Family Celebration event with the YMCA of Bruce Grey Owen Sound.
The event will include public skating, button making with the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library, crafts, a New Years themed Instabooth, stilt walking, balloon creations, and face painting.
There will also be food and drinks at the event, as well as a chance to donate to OSHaRE.
