A Georgian Bay township councillor won’t face any penalties for breaching the township’s code of conduct.
At a recent meeting, council voted not to go ahead with the recommended penalties against councillor Kristian Graziano.
He was found by the township’s integrity commissioner to have intimidated and bullied staff.
The commissioner had recommended a suspension of pay, an apology and training on respectful workplace policies, but all were voted down by council.
