Grey Bruce Farmers’ Week is celebrating its 60th anniversary in the new year.
Between Jan. 7 and 12, the long-standing conference and trade show will return to the Elmwood Community Centre and feature six commodity days, these include beef, dairy, goat, sheep, horse, and crops days.
While there will be no ecological day, the event will have themes around sustainability.
The event also includes several speakers and presentations ranging from an outlook on the beef market, improving dairy herd fertility, and using herding dogs on livestock.
Attendees will be able to connect with local agri-businesses, service providers and commodity organizations.
For those who are not able to attend, a livestream option is available.
More details on the ticketed event can be found on the Grey Bruce Farmers’ Week website here.
