A murder charge has now been laid, in a homicide investigation in Port Franks.
Lambton OPP were called to a disturbance at a residence on Northville Crescent November 29th, and located a deceased individual.
The deceased was identified as 57 year old Kimberly Hack of Lambton Shores.
23 year old Justin Hack of Middlesex Centre has now been charged with:
- Second degree murder
- Attempt to commit murder – two counts
- Assault with a weapon
- Aggravated assault – two counts
- Fail to comply with probation order
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
A publication ban has been issued and, as a result, the OPP will not be able to release further information.
