Grey Bruce OPP say the province’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has invoked its mandate following an incident in Owen Sound.
On Nov. 22 around 1:30 a.m., police responded to a retirement home where a man was in distress.
Police say during the interaction, the man fractured his arm.
OPP contacted the SIU, which invoked its mandate.
