Grey Bruce is getting its first significant snowfall of the season.
A snow squall warning is in place for Northern Grey County and Southern Bruce County. It’s expected to end this afternoon sometime, but those ares could get up to 15 cm more snow.
There were a number of collisions Monday as road conditions ranged from snow covered to icy.
Grey road 18 reopened late Monday night after a fatal two-vehicle collision south of Owen Sound.
Bruce Road 17 reopened overnight after a collision closed the road between Tara and Burgoyne. OPP say one person had non life-threatening injuries.
There were reports of a collision near the Highway 6 and 10 split in Chatsworth Monday evening. OPP have not provided information about it.
School buses in the Meaford and Thornbury area are cancelled Tuesday.
