Two people have been charged, after vandalism covered much of a parking lot along Goderich’s Rotary Cove Beach.
OPP say they were contacted by the Town of Goderich to investigate damage to property along the beach.
According to reports, video surveillance in the area caught two different drivers performing stunts with their vehicles in the parking area near the Cove Beach.
Strips of rubber and tire marks still remain on the beach’s parking lot.
A 23 year old from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh and 22 year old from Central Huron have each been charged with:
- Mischief Under $5,000
The pair are scheduled to appear in Goderich Court November 24th.
