The Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario is holding fundraising walks across Grey Bruce this weekend.
People are invited to participate in the Walk for Parkinson’s in Hanover at the Town Park today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and at Kelso Beach at Nawash Park in Owen Sound starting at 1 p.m.
There will also be a walk at North Shore Park in Port Elgin tomorrow starting at 1 p.m.
Participants can either take part by themselves or as part of a team.
There will be live music, refreshments and a chance to donate.
Donations can be made by cash, cheque, or online on the Walk for Parkinson’s website here.
