It’s a reminder to farmers — driving a slow-moving vehicle impaired will still land you charges.
OPP say a farm tractor was stopped at a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) check along Clyde Line east of Blyth, and officers learned the operator had consumed alcohol prior to driving.
The driver was arrested, and failed a subsequent breath test at the Clinton OPP detachment.
A 41 year old man from Morris-Turnberry is facing charges for:
- Operation while Impaired – Over 80,
- Dangerous Operation
