South Bruce OPP says a Mildmay man is facing charges following two break and enters.
Police say on Aug. 27, officers received a report of overnight break and enters at two adjacent businesses along Highway 9 in Mildmay.
When police arrived on the scene, they found damages as a result of the break in and discovered items were stolen.
Police say shortly after they left the scene, a person visited the location wearing items stolen from the break in.
Police were called back the scene and took the individual into custody.
As a result, the 21-year-old accused was charged with two counts of breaking and entering, possession of property obtained by crime, and failing to comply with probation.
He is set to appear in court in Walkerton in October.
