Barrie Police provided an update on the double murder associated with an encampment in Barrie.
At a news conference this morning, police said they know the motive but won’t divulge it at this time, and they do not believe there are other victims, or suspects, but added the investigation is still ongoing.
52 year old Robert Ladouceur was arrested and charged with murders of two men, as well as their dismemberment.
The victims were identified as 41-year-old David “Kyle” Cheesequay, and 45-year-old William “Blake” Robinson.
Police said all three men lived at the encampment.
Ladouceur, who was arrested almost a month ago will make another court appearance on Friday.
