South Bruce OPP is welcoming its new Detachment Manager.
Staff Sergeant Lynn McNichol joined South Bruce OPP in June to oversee policing in Kincardine, Huron-Kinloss, Arran-Elderslie, South Bruce, and Brockton.
She joins South Bruce OPP after previously serving in Huron County.
Over her 18-year career, she has held a variety of roles, including Constable, Domestic Violence Investigator, Youth Crime Officer, Property Crimes Investigator, Sergeant, and Operation Support Sergeant.
“Now serving as Staff Sergeant, she remains deeply committed to frontline policing and to supporting officers with the tools and resources they need to effectively serve their communities,” says OPP in a release.
