The Town of Innisfil is under an open-air burning ban effective immediately. Very dry conditions and fire danger have increased.
The ban includes fireworks, any kind of outdoor fire including cooking, coal or charcoal wood/woodchip BBQ devices.
Propane or natural gas BBQ use is permitted if they have a mechanical shutoff and are on a hard surface.
Having a burn permit does not exempt permit holders from the ban.
