Southern Georgian Bay OPP have laid criminal charges against a Tiny Township resident following a two-vehicle crash.
Police were called to a collision just after 8 pm on Thursday evening at the intersection of Champlain Road and 16th Concession Road in Tiny Township.
Upon speaking to the motorists involved, police found that one driver was under the influence.
The 37-year old was charged with dangerous operation, operation while impaired by drugs and alcohol, and three counts of failure to comply.
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
