OPP confirm one person is dead and at least 11 people injured after this mornings multi-vehicle pile up on Hwy 11 in the Orillia area – OPP closed the highway this morning between Coldwater Road and line 15 in Oro-Medonte and it remains closed. OPP are asking people to avoid unnecessary travel in the area
Reports are as many as 50 to 60 vehicles were involved in the chain reaction crash near the off-ramp to Old Barrie Road after poor visibility and blowing snow wreaked havoc this morning.
