Orillia is easing some restrictions.
Property and lawn care companies that provide services for “safety, security or sanitation purposes” will be allowed to operate starting today.
These services include lawn-cutting, fertilization, clearing of yard and garden debris, and aeration.
Meanwhile, Orillia’s landfill will reopen on Monday for essential loads only.
In compliance with the Province & municipal by-laws, @cityoforillia is allowing property & lawn maintenance companies to operate effective May 1 & will reopen its Waste Diversion Site on May 4 with reduced hours & restrictions in place.
