South Bruce OPP say an Arran-Elderslie man is facing charges following a foot chase in Chesley.
Police say on Aug. 15, officers responded to a report of someone breaching a release order.
Once on the scene, OPP say officers found the man on 1st Avenue North in Chesley who attempted to flee from police on foot. They were arrested after a short chase.
As a result, the 30-year-old accused was charged with failing to comply with a release order and mischief under $5,000.
