Bruce County Council has approved the use of reserve funds to make improvements at Brucelea Haven.
Council approved for the home to take $16,000 from the donation reserve funds to make resident TV enhancements, as well as improvements to the staff room.
The money that will be taken from reserves will be further broken down, with $6,000 to be used to add six televisions to offer enhanced program spaces.
The remaining $10,000 will fund new fridges and seating, including outdoor seating, and updated decor for the staff room.
The upgrades were decided on as a way to show staff appreciation.
