Grey Bruce OPP say they’ll be patrolling the Meaford harbour area day and night after some thefts.
They say at about 9:45 Monday night, (July 15) they responded to a theft of a life-ring and rope from a boat that was docked at the Meaford marina.
OPP say there have been other reports of people hanging around the marina at night.
They’re asking residents in the area to report suspicious activity to police.
