The Owen Sound Attack have signed forward Easton Mikus to a standard Ontario Hockey League player agreement.
The 17-year-old Thunder Bay native was a fourth-round pick of the Attack, 69th overall in the 2024 OHL Priority Selection.
Mikus, listed at 6-foot-1, 187-pounds, played the 2023-24 season in the Superior International Junior Hockey League (Junior A), scoring 31 goals and adding 29 assists in 60 games for the Thunder Bay North Stars.
“Easton is a hard-working, strong on his feet, tenacious forward. He led all rookies last year on his junior team and won rookie of the year. I’m looking forward to seeing Easton in an Attack jersey come September,” says Attack General Manager Dale DeGray in a post on the team’s website.
