A heads up to drivers in Owen Sound, sections of 2nd Avenue East will be closed this morning.
City staff say Hottest Street Sale banners are being installed until 11 a.m.
The closures will be block-by-block as staff install the banners, starting with the 700 block through the 1000 block.
The Hottest Street Sale is an annual event in the River District along 2nd Avenue East. It’s scheduled to take place Saturday, July 13 this year.
