OPP say they have arrested a suspect involved in an attempted robbery in Wingham.
Police say a suspect demanded cash from a business on Josephine Street on March 8th, but the employee advised the would-be robber there was no cash on the premises.
The suspect then left the store, officials say.
Investigators say they were able to later identify the suspect and on March 11th, the suspect was arrested in Wingham and taken into custody.
A 36 year old North Huron man has been charged with:
- Robbery with Intent
- Fail to Comply with Probation – (seven counts)
