As we head into warmer spring weather, the city’s potholes are making their presence known.
Potholes develop when water gets under the top layer of asphalt, and the water has a chance to freeze and expand, causing the weight of passing vehicles to break the pavement.
The City of Owen Sound is working to repair the potholes and wants you to help report them as well.
You can fill out the Report a Concern Form on the city’s website, where you can report a pothole by location.
The city says that it’s best if you can report it to the nearest address.
