South Bruce OPP has laid charges following a single-vehicle collision that happened on Bruce County Road 1.
The crash happened on Wednesday at around 4:15 p.m., when a delivery truck left the roadway and ended up in the ditch at Concession 11 in Kincardine.
The truck was carrying cylinders of compressed gas.
A 44-year-old from Stratford is facing a charge of failing to stop at a stop sign. No injuries were reported.
