There’s an afternoon New Year’s Eve family event planned in Owen Sound.
It’s set to take place at the Julie McArthur Regional Rec Centre from noon to 4 p.m.
City Activation and Events Coordinator Jenn Wright says it will include ice skating, swimming, cookie decorating, an open gym, crafts, LEGO, cub car building, glitter tattoos button making and other activities.
Skating is open from 12 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. and again from 2 p.m. to – 3:45 p.m.
There will also be an open swim from 1 to 2 p.m. and also from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Registration is not required.
