A Penetanguishene motorist has received a ticket, after a moving dolly was used in place of a wheel on a trailer being towed by an SUV.
OPP say the dolly was strapped to the trailer’s underside to replace a missing wheel.
The quick fix caught the eye of a passing officer who issued a ticket for operating an unsafe vehicle.
