If you’re interested in helping to shape decisions affecting Owen Sound, there is one more day to apply to serve on a City Committee.
The City says in a release, there are many vacancies to fill, and all applications will be considered. This deadline is an extended one, after the original deadline passed without enough applicants.
You can submit an application to the Deputy Clerk before Wednesday, November 22nd by 4:30 p.m.
Committees include Community Services Committee, Corporate Services , Operations, the Tom Thomson Art Gallery Advisory Committee and the Council Remuneration Review Task Force.
Appointments begin February 1, 2024, and are typically a three-year term.
