Two fires Sunday kept Muskoka Lakes fire fighters busy on Sunday.
They managed to contain a fire to one room of a house on Scarcliff Road.
The damage is about $20,000 and there were no injuries in the late afternoon blaze.
A few hours later a fire broke out in a vehicle on Torrance Road.
Foam was used to suppress the flames and no injuries were reported.
Today at 4pm firefighters from Port Carling, Milford Bay and Glen Orchard attended a structure fire on Scarcliffe Rd. Firefighters were able to confine the fire to the room of origin quickly. Firefighters from Torrance, Walkers Point & Bala were called to a vehicle fire on Torrance Rd this evening. Crews suppressed a vehicle on fire using foam, limiting the damage to the nearby kegs. Crews were clear in 30 minutes. Investigation is ongoing. No injuries. pic.twitter.com/WyQE2MXqVw
