A 33-year-old from New Tecumseth is facing a number of charges following an incident at a fast-food restaurant in Alliston.
Just after 2 o’clock Saturday morning, police were called for a possible impaired driver who was waving a knife in the parking lot of the restaurant.
Nottawasaga OPP later found the vehicle in the area of 10th Sideroad in Alliston and charged the New Tec resident with operation while impaired, unauthorized possession of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of cocaine and other drugs.
The accused was later released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in a Bradford courtroom on November 2nd.
