The Rotary Club of Owen Sound hosted the 150th anniversary of the RCMP Musical Ride Saturday and Sunday afternoon at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore Community Centre & JD McArthur Arena.
The weekend performances also included demonstrations and exhibits from Aisling Farms, The Georgian Riding Association for Challenged Equestrians ( GRACE ) and the Global Pet Food Super Dogs.
Proceeds from the weekend will assist in the ongoing kitchen renovation project at YMCA-Rotary Camp Presqu’ile.
Scotia Hutton, the Program Director at Camp Presqu’ile was delighted with the turnout and support of the two weekend shows.
The next fundraiser for the kitchen renovation project at Camp Presqu’ile is the annual Poker Night on September 21st at Best Western Inn on the Bay in Owen Sound.
