Orillia OPP has charged one person following an incident last month where a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.
Shortly after 10:30 on the evening of August 10th, police were called to Mary Street in Orillia.
One person was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A 30-year-old man from Huron-Kinloss is charged with dangerous operation causing bodily harm, failure to stop at an accident, and aggravated assault.
