A Huron-Kinloss man convicted of drug trafficking in relation to a major bust three years ago has been sentenced.
Keegan Russell was arrested and charged after police raided a property on James Street in Ripley in May 2020 and seized more than $70,000 in narcotics.
Russell, 20 at the time of his arrest, was charged with a total of 16 offences, mostly related to drug trafficking and firearms.
He pleaded guilty to six charges, and was sentenced recently in Walkerton court to two years in jail.
