The hospital in Collingwood has its first confirmed case of COVID-19.
Collingwood General and Marine Hospital President and CEO, Norah Holder says the man in his 50s went to the hospital on March 13th after returning from out of the country.
Holder says the man was tested and did not need any further medical attention. He was sent home to self isolate for 14 days.
The hospital president says there is no need for anyone in the community to be alarmed.
Norah Holder says public health officials are getting in touch with anyone that the man may have had contact with.
