A 79-year-old Hamilton man has died after a vehicle plunged into Georgian Bay yesterday at a marina in Honey Harbour.
OPP says bystanders and a police officer jumped into the water and were able to remove the victim from the submerged vehicle.
Life-saving measures were attempted but the man could not be revived, and he was pronounced dead later in the hospital.
