South Bruce OPP say Bruce County Road 5 has reopened between Park Street in Tara and Grey Bruce Line.
Police say, a commercial vehicle and passenger vehicle were involved in a collision.
OPP say one driver was air lifted to a London hospital with serious injuries.
Police did not provide further information.
