Saugeen Shores police have charged two people following a call near the Port Elgin Beach.
Through their investigation, police found a black SUV on Goderich Street near Ivings Drive that appeared to have been involved in a serious incident.
After a check on the three people in the vehicle, it was found that one was wanted by Grey Bruce OPP.
That person was arrested, and through an investigation of the vehicle, officers found drug-related items, along with a large quantity of methamphetamine, cocaine, and unidentified pills.
Police also found a handgun-style pellet gun in the vehicle.
All three occupants of the vehicle were then placed under arrest.
They’ve been held for a bail hearing.
