A Huron-Kinloss man has been charged in relation to a serious crash last year south of Lucknow.
Huron County OPP say officers investigated a serious two-vehicle head-on collision that took place on November 15th, south of Lucknow.
OPP say, at approximately 7:30 p.m., police, Huron County paramedics, and South Bruce firefighters arrived to find a pickup truck and an SUV collided on Lucknow Line just South of Lucknow.
They say both vehicles were heavily damaged.
The drivers were both transported to hospital. One sustained serious injuries.
Police say, after a lengthy investigation, a 50 year old Huron-Kinloss man has been charged with impaired operation – causing bodily harm, operation over 80 – causing bodily harm, two counts of operation while prohibited, and two counts of driving while under suspension.
OPP say the accused has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich, and the matter is currently before the courts.
