The Torch Run for Special Olympics Ontario is returning to Huron County.
Huron County OPP are Special Olympians are inviting you take part in Wednesday’s Torch Run, which will begin at 9:00 a.m. at the Maitland River Community Church located on Josephine Street, in Wingham.
The run will head through Wingham ending at the south end of town. Participants will then be transported to Blyth, Clinton, and Goderich.
After completing the final leg in Goderich participants and supporters will meet at McGee Motors located on Suncoast Drive East in Goderich for a celebration BBQ.
Bus transportation will be provided free of charge from Goderich to Wingham, and you are asked to arrive at the Goderich Legion located on Kingston Street prior to the 8:00 a.m. departure time.
