Two OPP officers narrowly avoided being hit Sunday at the intersection of Concession 11 East and Simcoe County Road 6.
They encountered a vehicle that was airborne when it cleared the intersection at a high rate of speed and were almost hit.
The accused is a 32-year-old Tay man who will face a slew of charges including impaired driving and dangerous driving on June 15th in court.
