A 35-year-old Gravenhurst woman has been charged with an offense under the Highway Traffic Act after a recent collision.
On May 19th at 10 am, it occurred between a mobility scooter and an SUV at the intersection of Winewood and Muskoka Road North in Gravenhurst.
The 82-year-old driver of the mobility scooter was taken to a Toronto area trauma center where he later passed away.
