The city of Owen Sound is experiencing steady growth in both commercial and residential building.
City Manager Tim Simmonds was a guest recently with Brandon Vanderschot on ” Home Base ” on 560 CFOS.
Simmonds started the conversation by providing an update on the Smart Centre project on the east side of the city.
Simmonds cites that there are more than 2,000 residential units that have been either approved or are in the process of being approved.
