There’s a contest underway in Ramara, to name some unusual machinery.
The Lagoon City Parks and Waterways Commission has a couple of weed harvestors and a barge, which it uses to keep canals weed free during the summer.
And they’re looking for names for their trio of floating machines.
The contest is open through April 5 to residents of Ramara.
