For the first time in three years, a fundraising run is returning in-person to Goderich.
The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund (DMMF) announced their 2022 Run Around the Square would return as a group event for 2023.
The race will be held May 14th, with 5 and 10 kilometre options available to runners, as well as a half-marathon.
In previous years, the DMMF asked participants to run independently.
Funds raised are used to purchase defibrillators to communities around Ontario.
The organization marked their 150th donation in November to a non-profit addiction recovery agency based in Newmarket.
