Provincial Police say a third person has been charged in relation to a recent drug and stolen property seizure in Arran-Elderslie.
OPP executed a search warrant last week (Nov. 15) at a property on Concession 4, after a months-long investigation into suspected criminal activity there.
Police say they recovered nearly $90,000 worth of stolen property — including pick-up trucks, snowmobiles, tools and rifles — as well as narcotics with an estimated street value of $11,000.
Two Arran-Elderslie residents were arrested and charged with a long list of offences, including participating in a criminal organization and possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
Now OPP say as a result of the continuing investigation, a 21-year-old Arran-Elderslie man has been arrested. He also faces a charge of participating in a criminal organization, and several other offences.
