1) Why are you running?
four years ago it was on my bucket list and now I realize that its not enough time to get to know everything about council so I would like to do it again and be more helpful to the municipality’s needs.
2) Are there any steps municipalities can take to help ease cost of living concerns?
the municipality could move to okay duplexes on single lots and townhouses in the towns along with finding ways to improve our roads and bridges.
3) What are your ideas for economic development in your municipality?
we need to look at ways to bring new business and restaurants to the three towns.
4) Do you think the municipality has a role to play in the recruitment and retention of physicians and other healthcare workers?
we have an insensitive program in place now that helps Dr.s to come to the municipality’s clinic and stay for a period of time.
5) How do you think Arran-Elderslie can best position itself to attract both businesses and families to the municipality?
if we keep working on our infrastructure and affordable housing people will come and businesses will follow thank you.
