A 31 year old Penetanguishene man has been charged with assault in Orillia.
Just before noon today (April 22nd), Orillia OPP responded to a King Street business where an employee was assaulted.
A verbal argument between the employee and the suspect had occurred and the employee was punched in the face.
The suspect has since been released from custody.
He has a June 30th court date set in Orillia.
