A break-and-enter spree has ended after four suspects were caught in the act.
On September 19th at 3:57 a.m., a keen-eyed officer from the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), observed four males as they broke into a Springwater business located on Bayfield Street.
These four males were arrested, and all charged with Break and Enter.
Members of the Huronia West OPP’s Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) along with uniform officer’s have been investigating for several months into the break and enters that have been occurring at gas stations in both Springwater and Barrie.
This investigation is continuing with the assistance of the OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS). Some property has been recovered, and more charges are expected.
