Huronia West OPP have laid charges against a 24-year-old from Clearview Township after an impaired driving collision.
The crash happened Friday evening.
At around 6:45, police were called to the collision on County Road 7, where a single vehicle had rolled with one person inside.
The 24-year-old from Creemore has been charged with operation while impaired and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
They’re expected in court on October 18th.
